Scott DeLucia, Board President
Lt DeLucia has been with Devine Volunteer Fire & Rescue for almost two years. Lt DeLucia is originally from Florida and retired from the US Army Veterinary Corps after 23 years of service. He has settled down in Medina County and has lived in Devine for three years. Lt DeLucia brings an extensive amount of medical expertise and leadership experience to our department. Lt DeLucia has received certifications for Firefighter I and II, Wildland Firefighter and his Emergency Medical Technician Basic certification. He is currently enrolled in a paramedic program and will be bringing ALS capabilities to our department upon graduation. His goal is simple; continue the outstanding fire and rescue support along with emergency medical services to the communitites our department serves.

Raquel Seaton, Board Secretary
Raquel Seaton joined Devine Volunteer Fire & Rescue in 2020 as a volunteer firefighter and is a Natalia High School Alumni. As Board Secretary, Secretary Seaton maintains various records of business meetings, run reports, water usage reports, and personnel attendance. Secretary Seaton has received certifications for Firefighter I and II, Rope Rescue, and is a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician. Secretary Seaton’s goal is to mentor and guide new firefighters..
Henry Salas, Member at Large
Henry Salas has been with the department for right around 2 years. He has served South Texas in many different capacities, and currently sits on the Devine Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association board as the member at large. Mr. Salas is crucial to the success of DVFD as an intregal part of the grant writing process.
Bryan Hill, Master at Arms
Bryan Hill is a native of Uvalde, TX. He grew up in Leakey and graduated from Leakey High School in 2008. Upon graduation, Fire Fighter Hill enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Assault Amphibious Vehicle Crewman. After leaving the Marine Corps, he settled in Medina County at the end of 2020 and joined Devine Volunteer Fire & Rescue in 2021. FF Hill's goal is to provide the highest level of fire protection to the great citizens of Devine and to be a pillar to this great community.
